If you receive an order through us and are not completely satisfied with the product for whatever reason simply contact us via telephone, or log onto My Account within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
At this point, through our 110% money-back guarantee, we will gladly refund the entire amount of your order back to you, plus you will receive a store credit that is equal to 10% of the original purchase amount. This credit can be used on your next purchase with Superior Vacuums, or on exchange for another product.
If you are unhappy with a purchase and do wish to return it Superior Vacuums will pay the cost of shipping from your address back to our warehouse which is done through a pre-paid Shipping Label.
We just ask:
The product is still in sellable condition i.e. in working order, unused, no smells/odours, no broken parts, and is not missing pieces (unless this is why you wish to return the product)
The Return Process
Call us regarding your return, and we will issue you a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid Shipping Label to your e-mail address.
Once we receive your return we will inspect the product(s) and reason for return.
After the product is inspected we will refund your entire order through the original payment method.
You will then receive a credit on your account that is equal to 10% of the original purchase.
